In December 1988, Klaff Realty, LP together with The CMS Companies, acquired the 35,000 square foot site at the northwest corner of Wabash Avenue and Randolph Street in Chicago’s Central Business District (“the Loop”).

The joint venture demolished the existing structure and replaced it with a new 1,100 car self park facility including 50,000 square feet of retail space designed by Lucien Lagrange.

Construction was completed in December 1990.
