In December 1997, Klaff Realty, LP, in a joint venture with the J.E. Robert Companies and Federal Construction, Inc. (Canada), acquired the 175,000 square foot office building in downtown Des Plaines, Illinois.

The lobby and common areas of the property were renovated as part of an overall marketing program.  The property was sold in 2003.

Klaff Realty, LP was the project manager and leasing and managing agent for the property.
