In September 1998, Klaff Realty, LP, in a joint venture with the Lubert-Adler Real Estate Opportunity Fund and Capital America, acquired a 330,000 square foot suburban shopping center.

By November 2000, the center was 100% occupied, including the lease of the former Montgomery Ward store to Burlington Coat Factory (100,000 SF) on the first floor and to Gold’s Gym (40,000 SF) on the second floor

The shopping center was sold to a Florida partnership in November 2005.
