In September 2017, an affiliate of Klaff Realty, LP with a joint venture partner acquired a project site totaling 90,854 square feet in a prime Hollywood location just one block south of Sunset Boulevard., one block west of Western Avenue., and one block east of US-101. The site is currently improved with a 31,860 SF building that was built in 1963 by Paul Revere Williams and a 30,000 SF building built in 1996.  Both buildings will be fully renovated and upgraded as office space.
