In March 1990, Klaff Realty, LP, together with a joint venture investor, purchased a 230,000 square foot building at 327 South LaSalle Street and an adjacent 35,000 square foot surface parking lot on the Clark and Van Buren corner from Continental Bank.

These properties were sold in June 1994 to the Chicago Board of Trade.
